The Resident Barber. The Resident Barber is the creation of Josiah Munday; a talented Geelong local who has been in the hairdressing industry for the past 8 years, specalising in mens cuts & styling. After being inspired by the restoration of a retro caravan, Josiah decided to put his skills to work & launch into a new concept, a 1960’s caravan fitted out as a classic barbershop with a modern twist, Geelong & the Surfcoast’s first barber caravan. More recently The Resident Barber has had a change of scenery. The Resident Barber is now working out of a restored shipping container. It is large and inventive and caters to all mens grooming needs. This space offers precision hair cuts, shaves and incredible products not to mention refreshments including Furphy beer locally brewed in Geelong.
The Resident Barber has expanded in size in more ways then one. There is now a team of barbers that will teach and encourage men to look sharp. You can expect to find a new favourite cologne, hair product, shaving creme or accessory from local and international brands.

Late Policy
Your appointment will be made void on the occasion that you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment as it does not allow adequate time to complete a quality service.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of being unable to attend your scheduled appointment please ensure you give a minimum of 24 hours notice as a courtesy to your barber and to other clients.
It you fail to do this you may be charged for the unattended appointment at your next visit
No Show Policy:
If you fail to show up to a scheduled appointment you may be charged for the unattended appointment at your next visit. Your barber reserves the right to decline your future bookings should this be a common occurrence.

Offspring is a not-for-profit organization whose story began when they saw people being bought, sold, traded and stripped of the most basic of human rights…treated as a commodity, rather than a dignified human being; someone’s daughter, sister and friend. They saw this need and recognised their ability to ‘do something’. They provide a holistic approach to caring for each young woman once they have been rescued – focusing on employment (vocational training), education and empowerment. Unfortunately, Human Trafficking is the fastest growing crime in the world & The Resident Barber wants to come alongside Offspring to encourage and support them in the work they are doing.
